Chiblu gives your business its own website. Your products, your story, your address — a real shop you send people to, instead of a profile you share. You run the business; Chiblu is the software underneath it.

No. Pick a template, add what you sell, and share the link. You can change the colours, type and photos whenever you like, and nothing you do can break the site.

Minutes. Your site goes live as soon as you have something to show, and you can keep editing it afterwards — it does not have to be finished before anyone can see it.

chiblu.com/yourname, and yourname.chiblu.com — both work from the day you start, and both point at the same site. You can connect a domain you own on top of that.

Yes, and you can connect one during your free month — it is part of Chiblu Store, not held back until you pay. You keep the domain: it is yours, registered in your name, and you can point it somewhere else whenever you want.

Things you make and ship, and things people download — a print, a batch of candles, a guide, a course. You can sell both from the same site.

Add the file to the product. When someone pays, the download is emailed to them straight away and the order is marked complete. You do not have to be at your desk.

You do, directly. Payments go into your own Razorpay account — Chiblu never holds your money, never sits in the middle, and cannot take anything out of it.

A Razorpay account of your own. Razorpay decides what it needs from you — usually a PAN and a bank account if you are an individual. You can build your whole site and share it before any of that.

Nothing. Chiblu takes 0% commission. Because you are the merchant, Razorpay charges you their own processing fee on each payment — that is between you and Razorpay, and Chiblu takes no part of it.

Your first month is on us. After that Chiblu Store is ₹499 a month, one plan with everything in it. There is nothing to pay to start and no card needed.

Nothing is deleted. If you have already taken orders on your site, it stays up. If you have not sold anything yet, the site goes on hold until you start the plan again — your products, pages and orders are all kept, and your own domain starts working again the moment you do.

Yes. You can download your products and store details at any time, and your customer payments are already in your own Razorpay account, which stays yours. Your domain is yours too. Nothing you build here is locked in.
