Cancellations

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items returned in their original condition.

• Made-to-order and customised items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.
• Return shipping is arranged by the buyer, except where the item arrived damaged or incorrect (we cover it).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued for the full amount you paid.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
